Bear Tree Records is a shop in Sheffield, specialising in new vinyl records. The shop opened in 2015. We stock the finest new releases and reissues as well as a small amount of quality second hand records. 

Physical Store

Our opening hours are 11am-3pm Monday - Saturday.

We do not currently open on Sundays

Online Store

The online store carries a range of stock from our physical store. Not everything is necessarily in stock. If something is out of stock, we'll contact you asap and reorder the record for you, most stock only takes a few days to come back in to stock. Likewise, if you see something that is listed as sold out on the online store, we can always try to reorder it for you, just drop us an email or call. We have more stock available in our physical store than online, so if you get chance it's always worth swinging by the shop to have a dig.

Shipping

UK shipping is set at £5.50 for parcel up to 2kg, these are sent Royal Mail Tracked. Larger orders are sent by courier.

Overseas shipping is usually around 5-6 LPs maximum by airmail, the max we can send by airmail is 2kg, so any orders for parcels heavier than that / more than 5/6 LPs heavier order will ship by courier. If for some reason at checkout it says we cannot ship to you, please drop us an email and we can work it out for you, but there are some locations we do not ship to unfortuantely. Since the European VAT changes we currently don’t shop to the EU.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are all subject to release date change, which can happen due to labels hitting delays in vinyl production, which is not particularily unusual these days, if there is significant delays, we will try to let you know, but from time to time we may miss something. If you have any concerns regarding an order please just drop us an email or call.

Also with regards to orders that include in stock items with pre-orders, in stock items will not ship until the pre-ordered title is in. If you need a specific item that is already available please order separately.
