Tony Sly’s sudden death was a massive shock to the punk rock community and deeply affected fans and musicians around the world. The one way he affected everyone, regardless of their association with him, was through his music. After 20 years fronting and writing for No Use For a Name, as well as releasing multiple solo albums, Tony amassed a staggering catalogue.

With 33 tracks from the likes of Bad Religion, Rise Against, NOFX, Alkaline Trio and Simple Plan, The Songs of Tony Sly is a testament to how beloved and influential Tony was as a songwriter among his contemporaries.

From Karina Denike’s haunting a cappella rendition of Biggest Lie, to Strung Out’s speedy version of Soulmate, to Snuff’s Latin jazz-inspired take on On the Outside, each artist brings their own signature to these classic songs.
